— Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wwok ("wwok", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at wwok.io and all associated subdomains, mobile experiences, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

wwok operates as an internationally licensed online gaming operator providing sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, fishing games, crash titles, and related entertainment services. The Platform is accessible to players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction;
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person;
• You have read and understood these Terms in full.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The wwok Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. We operate a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed. Any winnings accrued on an underage account will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with wwok. wwok does not make any representation that the Platform is legal in your location. Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law are not eligible to use the Platform.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the wwok Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any reason — including circumventing account restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or evading a self-exclusion — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

2.4 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must notify wwok promptly of any changes to your registration information. wwok reserves the right to verify all registration data against official documents and to suspend access pending verification.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. wwok will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify wwok immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

wwok operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or mobile financial service statement not older than three months) — before your first withdrawal or at any time we deem appropriate. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. wwok reserves the right to levy an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month on inactive accounts, deducted from the available account balance, once the inactivity period has been reached. You will be notified by email prior to any fee being applied. If the account balance reaches zero, no further fees will be charged and the account will be closed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

wwok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected other bank transfer options, may be available subject to periodic updates. The current list of supported payment methods is displayed within your account dashboard.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (subject to payment provider limits)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳500,000

wwok reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. Enhanced limits may be available for verified VIP account holders.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed same-day for verified accounts submitting requests before 21:00 BST (UTC+6). Requests submitted after 21:00 BST will be processed the following business day. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible ("same-source withdrawal" policy). Withdrawals may be delayed pending KYC verification, fraud review, or compliance checks. wwok does not charge fees on standard BDT withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the wwok Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to Bangladeshi players. International players transacting in currencies other than BDT will have funds converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the wwok Platform are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion ("Promotion-Specific Terms"). In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any Promotion-Specific Terms, the Promotion-Specific Terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in Promotion-Specific Terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Sports betting (pre-match & live): 100% contribution on settled bets with minimum odds of 1.50
• Live casino (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi): 10% contribution
• Video slots (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, JILI): 100% contribution
• Crash games (Spribe Aviator): 50% contribution
• Table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 5% contribution

5.3 Bonus Abuse

wwok actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to artificially meet wagering requirements, coordinated betting patterns across multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee profit from bonus funds, and creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus and associated winnings cancelled without prior notice and may be subject to account suspension.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses not activated within 7 days of being credited will expire automatically. Wagering requirements on active bonuses must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses are non-refundable.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by wwok. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, including bets placed on markets with suspected integrity concerns. A bet is only confirmed once you have received a unique bet reference number from the Platform.

6.2 Finality of Bets

Once a bet has been confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. Bets will be settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as reported by wwok's designated data provider.

6.3 Void Bets

wwok reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within 24 hours of the scheduled start time;
• An obvious pricing or data error occurred at the time the bet was placed;
• Evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity related to the event is confirmed by the relevant governing body;
• A technical fault affected the display of odds or market availability at the time of bet placement;
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded ("late bet").

Voided bets are returned to the player's account balance at the original stake value.

6.4 Live Betting

In-play betting markets are available on selected events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international football. Live odds are updated in real time. There may be brief delays between the occurrence of a real-world event and the suspension of relevant live markets. wwok reserves the right to void in-play bets that were placed during a period of evident system delay where the real-world outcome was already determined.

7. Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the wwok Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, Microgaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, and BGaming. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the game server outcome, the server outcome shall prevail.

All casino games use certified random number generators ("RNG") that have been independently audited for fairness. Return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for each game are published by the respective game provider and may be accessed within each game's information panel.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game round, wwok's system logs will be used to determine the correct outcome. If no deterministic outcome can be established, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's balance.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wwok Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform or any game for financial gain;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer or live dealer games;
• Using inside information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, against wwok or its payment partners;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Platform;
• Harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at wwok staff or other players.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the wwok Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of wwok or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the wwok Platform without the prior written consent of wwok. The wwok name, logo, and brand identity are registered trademarks of wwok. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data

wwok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We use 256-bit TLS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorised third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers (payment processors, KYC verification providers, game studios) strictly for the purpose of delivering the Platform's services to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

wwok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your wwok account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wwok does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to technical issues. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk. wwok does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform. Play responsibly and only within your means.

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by wwok

wwok reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach of these Terms or any associated policy;
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a valid legal order or instruction from a relevant authority;
• An ongoing compliance or anti-money laundering investigation.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your wwok account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any available real-money balance. Upon account closure, any remaining bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited. Accounts subject to ongoing KYC or compliance review may not be eligible for immediate closure until the review is complete.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wwok holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with wwok's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body.

For players in Bangladesh, wwok will endeavour in good faith to resolve disputes through its internal complaints process before referring any matter to formal arbitration.
